FLHS

Francis Lewis High School is one of the few and proud schools in New York City that have a Marching Band and Majorettes.  The Marching Band has participated in parades all around the tri-state area, including The Chinese New Year parades in Chinatown and Flushing Queens, the opening ceremonies for Little League Baseball in Bayside and College Point, and The Little Neck Memorial Day Parade. The Majorettes twirl their flags in coordinated sequences as the Band plays.​​

Students in Marching Band and Majorettes learn to function as one unit while developing their musical skills.
